ABOUT OUR SERVICES
Individual Therapy
We want to reduce unnecessary suffering, promote long-term change, and help you make sense of your life. Our vision is to “Increase understanding to increase self-compassion”. In other words, we believe it’s important to have self-compassion for past experiences, actions, and behaviours rather than judging yourself for them.
We aim to build a trusting, empathetic, and collaborative relationship, and are dedicated to creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours without judgment.
We're known for our warm, down-to-earth approach and skill in working with complex issues. As we engage with you, we:

Psychoanalysis helps……
Uncover Unconscious Patterns
Many of our behaviours, emotions, and struggles are shaped by unconscious forces we may not fully understand. Psychoanalysis helps reveal these hidden patterns—whether they stem from early childhood experiences or repressed memories—allowing you to confront and resolve them.
Heal from Past Trauma
Psychoanalysis provides a safe space to explore past wounds, unresolved conflicts, or traumatic experiences. By revisiting and processing these memories, you can heal emotionally and move forward without the weight of past pain affecting your present life.
Break Free from Repetitive Cycles
Are you stuck in recurring emotional or behavioural patterns, like unhealthy relationships or self-sabotage? Psychoanalysis helps identify the root causes of these cycles, enabling you to break free and create healthier, more fulfilling life choices.
Gain a Deeper Understanding of Yourself
Psychoanalysis isn't just about fixing problems, it's about personal growth. It allows you to discover your true desires, fears, and motivations, leading to greater self-awareness, authenticity, and clarity in your life decisions.
Improve Relationships
By understanding your unconscious influences, you can improve how you relate to others. Psychoanalysis helps you recognize unresolved conflicts that might be affecting your relationships, allowing for more empathy, communication, and intimacy with loved ones.
Address Chronic Mental Health Struggles
For those dealing with long-term issues like depression, anxiety, or self-esteem problems, psychoanalysis can help get to the root cause of these struggles. It's particularly helpful for individuals seeking deep, long-lasting relief rather than temporary solutions.
Gain Emotional Resilience
Through psychoanalysis, you'll develop tools to better manage your emotions and reactions. Understanding the deeper layers of your psyche helps you build emotional resilience, cope with stress, and respond more healthily to challenges in life.
Find Meaning and Purpose
Psychoanalysis can help you explore existential questions and the deeper meaning of your life. If you're feeling lost, unfulfilled, or uncertain about your direction, psychoanalysis can guide you in finding greater purpose and a deeper connection to yourself.
In short, psychoanalysis offers a profound way to understand and heal your mind. Whether you're looking to resolve specific issues or embark on a journey of self-discovery, it provides lasting insights and personal growth.
