Tanya is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

With more than 15 years of experience, Tanya has worked across a range of therapeutic settings, including community and inpatient mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation, and addiction services. She also has extensive experience working with couples, young adults, and families. Tanya works with you in understanding and changing the patterns of behaviours and thoughts that keep you stuck in your current way of living.

Your treatment plan will be tailored to suit your individual needs. Tanya takes a psychoanalytic approach - looking for a deeper understanding of the presenting symptoms to create change.

Tanya is trained in Psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mentalization Based Therapy and EMDR.

Tanya strives to create a comfortable and supportive environment where even the most difficult topics can be addressed with care and understanding.
